Investment: $1,400
Includes ongoing messaging support between sessions and two scheduled calls each week throughout the four-week transition period.
This high-touch support experience is designed for families who want steady guidance during the first weeks at home with their newborn.
We begin with a personalized intake session and build a custom support plan based on your baby, your recovery, and your family’s needs, drawing from years of hands-on experience supporting families through the early newborn transition stage. From there, I provide ongoing messaging support throughout the week along with two scheduled calls each week so you have consistent space to ask questions and adjust routines as your baby’s needs change day to day.
Together we focus on feeding, soothing, establishing healthy sleep foundations by following your baby’s cues, and creating simple household systems that make everyday life with your newborn feel more manageable and predictable.
Includes personalized night rhythm guidance so you feel supported even during the most uncertain overnight stretches. This guidance helps families feel more confident navigating nights even without in-home overnight support.
Support is personalized to your baby, your recovery, and how your household functions day to day as your newborn’s rhythms begin to take shape.

Families who begin with Signature Support can apply their initial investment toward continued guidance through the full newborn stage if they choose to extend their support experience.
Payment plans are available if helpful during the early transition period.

We begin with a personalized intake session and continue with weekly coaching calls along with weekday messaging support between sessions so questions can be addressed as they arise and routines can adjust as your baby’s needs change week to week.
Together we continue building feeding confidence, supporting sleep development in a responsive way, and strengthening household rhythms that help everyday life with your newborn feel more manageable and predictable as routines mature.
Support is personalized to your baby, your recovery, and how your household functions day to day.

How Support Works
We begin with a personalized intake session where we talk through your baby, your recovery, your household rhythms, and the areas where you would like the most support during the early transition weeks. This gives us a clear starting point so support feels structured and responsive from the very beginning.
From there, I create a custom guidance plan designed specifically for your family so you feel clear about what to focus on first and how support will unfold across the weeks ahead.
Once support begins, you have consistent access to guidance through scheduled calls and weekday messaging so questions can be addressed as they come up and adjustments can be made as your baby’s needs change week to week.
Together, we build confidence step by step so everyday life with your newborn begins to feel more manageable, predictable, and easier to navigate.
Support begins wherever you are in your early weeks with your newborn.
